Matt had his drill right after he came back from TX so he just stayed in Memphis for 2 weeks. After we spent some time as a family he was going to be occupied with drill for 4 days so the kids and I took my Grandmother to her house for a few days. She was really excited about getting to go home even if only for a few days....she really misses her home. We knew that it was only a matter of time before we had to sell the house (we actually had someone offer to buy it while we were there those 4 days and my grandmother ended up accepting his offer a few weeks later and now we are going to have to get the house cleaned out of furniture and belongings). I am really glad that we went since it is probably the last time my kids will go....they are going to stay here while we go down to get anything we want out of the house. We have so many memories at this house. I am very thankful that I took the time to go and visit my grandparents with my kids whenever possible b/c now my kids have wonderful memories too!
The kids enjoyed making mud pies one day
One last picture of the house and the 2 huge trees in the front yard
There is no tv at my grandmother's but luckily we can watch movies on the laptop
Madison napping...sure sign she is exhausted!
